MaziCTools is looking for an Assistant Station Manager to support the daily operations of our retail facility in the USA. In this role, you will assist the Station Manager and ensure all staff comply with company guidelines and policies while maintaining high standards of customer service.

The ideal candidate should have a High School diploma and experience in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; minimum 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail, food service, or fuel environment.
• Demonstrated experience operating cash registers and computers.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Station Manager in daily operations.
• Maintain oversight of station operations in the Manager's absence.
• Support cash/money handling and accountability processes.
