Town Pump Inc. is seeking a motivated Store Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, pricing, inventory, and displays while ensuring exceptional customer service. You will assist with scheduling, training, and cashier duties, stepping in as acting manager when needed, and maintaining a clean, compliant store environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to store performance in a fast-paced convenience setting.

Responsabilités

• assist the store manager in enforcing Town Pump standards, policies, and procedures
• maintain product pricing, inventory, signage, and store appearance
• act as store manager during absences and fill in on tills or in the deli
• assist with employee scheduling and cashier duties
• advise the store manager on personnel or policy issues affecting operations
• prioritize tasks, organize, delegate, and ensure cleanliness of cashier lanes
• order products, verify pricing, and manage inventory and displays
• conduct basic store maintenance and promote store safety while handling admin tasks
