Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a retail environment is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Retail team to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
• Conduct regular floor walks to monitor operations and assist customers.
• Stock merchandise to ensure product availability and presentation.
• Attend product knowledge training to stay informed on offerings.
• Deliver an over-the-top customer experience through service and knowledge.
