Job summary

HPM Building Supply in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, seeks a full-time Retail Specialist Lead to oversee the Retail team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will conduct floor walks, assist customers, stock merchandise, and participate in regular product knowledge trainings.

Job description

The expected pay range for a Retail Specialist Lead in Kailua-Kona is $21.15 to $24.35 per hour.

HPM Building Supply in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time Retail Specialist Lead to oversee the Retail team to expertly serve customers and maintain high operating standards. The Retail Specialist Lead performs regular floor walks, assists customers, stocks merchandise, and regularly attends product knowledge training to be able to deliver an over-the-top customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous customer service experience in a retail environment is required
• Previous supervisory experience preferred, but not necessary
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to lift 25 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
