You will engage customers, qualify prospects, and present compelling solar benefits while earning a competitive hourly wage plus uncapped commissions. Night shifts from 1 PM to 9 PM are required.

About the Role

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team as Retail Sales Representative. In this customer-facing role, you'll represent Venture Home inside a designated Lowe's store, educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and scheduling complimentary in-home consultations with our Energy Consultants.

Compensation & Benefits

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000–$85,000 annual potential
• Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commission
