Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Arizona is seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated Soft Goods Associate to engage customers and drive sales in Men's & Women's apparel, Juniors, footwear, and fittings.

You will assist with front-end operations like returns, exchanges, and promotions while keeping the Soft Goods area stocked and visually appealing, and you will build lasting customer relationships through expert product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and offer world class service.
• Seek out and engage Customers in Soft Goods areas (Men's & Women's Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, Clearance, and Fitting Rooms).
• Maintain knowledge of Front-End operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, loyalty programs, discounts, coupons, etc.
• Assist in keeping Soft Goods areas merchandised and visually premier to drive sales and customer experience.
• Ensure all Soft Goods areas and equipment are maintained and operational.
• Maintain a clean, professional Soft Goods presentation at all times.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and differences to Customers.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance across all departments.
• Stay up to date on merchandising promotions and events to maintain presence during promotions.
• Be a champion of the products and services, informing and educating Customers.
• Provide feedback to Sales and Service Manager on opportunities to improve the guest experience.
