Target in Philadelphia is hiring a Small Format Team Leader to supervise daily store operations and guest experience. You will guide a team of hourly teammates, manage stock, pricing, and promotions, and ensure accurate merchandising on the sales floor.

You’ll lead with a guest-first mindset, coach and develop staff, and drive sales performance while upholding safety and compliance standards across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently.
• Train and coach team members on Target standards.
• Maintain stock levels and accurate signage on the floor.
• Plan workloads and assign daily tasks to team members.
• Lead pick, pack and ship fulfillment as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance across shifts.
