Mattress Warehouse in Harwich, MA is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to provide exceptional service and guide customers to their perfect mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You will help customers find the right product, explain features, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset focused on helping customers.
• Sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus or other languages.
• Familiarity with tablets and mobile POS systems.
• Ability to learn and use our bedMATCH diagnostic system.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using bedMATCH to guide recommendations.
• Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and assist with floor resets.
• Work retail schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
