The SIS Account Coordinator – Retail supports Account Managers, coordinates projects, handles invoicing, order management, and reporting, while ensuring timely, accurate service for major retail accounts.

The role requires 3+ years in administrative support or account coordination, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in administrative support or account coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flooring projects from proposal through invoicing and project closeout.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts within Winbid and other systems.
• Verify project scopes, pricing, and supporting documentation.
• Process payable entries and generate invoices; support receivables and billing.
• Deliver high-quality customer support and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
