You will set daily, monthly, and annual sales goals, train and coach staff, manage scheduling and payroll, handle cash and compliance, and recruit qualified candidates while upholding safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to develop, motivate, train and coach employees.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, cash handling and merchandising skills.
• Ability to follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Ability to grow the business by pursuing sales opportunities and leading a sales-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop's team, creating a sales-focused and customer-centric environment.
• Set daily, monthly, and annual sales goals and work toward them.
• Communicate and implement company direction, policies, and programs.
• Delegate tasks, ensure compliance, and provide follow-up.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally and timely.
• Train and develop team members on programs, policies, and procedures.
• Provide coaching and feedback to the team.
• Drive recruitment and selection of qualified candidates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety protocols and legal requirements.
• Monitor and control expenses to meet budget goals.
• Manage cash handling, assets protection and banking procedures.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and approve weekly payroll.
• Schedule weekly work with District Sales Managers.
• Handle paperwork for deadlines, including banking, new hires and inventory.
