The UPS Store Medina in Medina, Ohio is seeking a dependable Customer Service Associate / Retail Sales Associate to deliver friendly, professional service to walk-in customers and manage shipping, packaging, and printing tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will process shipments, assist with labeling and product recommendations, operate storefront equipment, handle transactions, and support daily store operations while contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service to walk-in customers.
• Process domestic and international shipments accurately using shipping and POS systems.
