CVS Health is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor in Knoxville, TN to support the Store Management team in daily operations and customer service excellence. You’ll lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing tasks are completed, and maintain a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, assisting customers, merchandising, and maintaining confidentiality. This full-time role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• State-level licensure requirements vary by state.
• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager or Operations Supervisor is not on site.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly and complete opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise the crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, help, thank customers.
• Handle customer relations in line with company policy.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planogram guidelines.
