Responsibilities include training new hires, managing cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and daily operational tasks from food prep to POS processing. The role requires flexible schedule availability and a proactive, friendly attitude toward travelers.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve issues with travelers.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures per policies.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling rules.
• Ensure proper food handling and stock, labeling, dating and temp checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prep, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members and follow brand standards.
• Report observations or problems to plaza leadership.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
