Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven sales background; ability to take direction, delegate, and execute through others.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform various physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales plans and contributes to district achievements.
• Supervise staff to achieve sales goals and drive upselling.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
