Job summary

Job description

Position Purpose

As a Shift Supervisor at Lindt USA, you will lead a team in delivering a premium in‑store experience for our customers across Lindt Chocolate Shops in the U.S. You will be a self‑starter, highly engaged, and passionate about Lindt products and brand.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Sales: Ensure the store meets or exceeds the weekly, monthly, and annual sales plan and contributes to the district’s achievement. Communicate the store’s sales mission in actionable terms. Support staff development toward individual and store sales goals, including KPIs such as ADS, UPT, conversion, and other company sales standards.
• Staff Development: Assist the Store Manager in training sales staff according to Lindt & Sprüngli guidelines. Develop staff sales techniques, ensure solid product knowledge, and represent the brand accurately. Escalate issues to Store Management professionally and timely.
• Operational Controls: Maintain compliance with company standards for operational controls, inventory/shrink, cash management, quality assurance, and store cleanliness.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven sales background; ability to take direction, delegate, and execute through others. Basic math or accounting skills.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10lb, 35lb, and 50lb. Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach with arms.
• High School Graduate or equivalent education.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and holidays. Must successfully pass a background screening.

Total Rewards

Compensation: $15–$16 per hour. Starting pay is determined by job‑related skills, knowledge, experience, and market conditions. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive may be included.
