Job summary

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform various physical tasks.

Position Purpose

As a Shift Supervisor at Lindt USA, you will be part of a team that creates a positive and engaging in‑store experience for customers at Lindt Chocolate Shops across the U.S. It requires a passion for Lindt, product knowledge, and commitment to the brand.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Sales: Ensure the store meets or exceeds weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans and consistently contributes to the district’s achievement. Model a sales mission, communicate it to staff, and assist in developing each team member’s commitment to sales goals.
• Supervise staff to achieve sales goals, including key performance indicators (ADS, UPT, conversion rates) and drive upselling and brand representation.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to Store Management to avoid out‑of‑stocks, overstocks, and dated product.
• Support Store Manager with training sales staff according to Lindt & Sprüngli guidelines; ensure staff has sound product knowledge and consistently achieves daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Escalate issues to Store Management in a professional and timely manner.
• Operational Controls: Ensure compliance with operational standards, inventory control, shrink and cash management, and maintain POS paperwork, logs, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with Quality Assurance policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Skills & Knowledge: Proven sales background; ability to take direction, delegate, and execute through others; basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Experience: Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment; ability to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, 35 lbs, and occasionally 50 lbs; able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach with arms.
• Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Other Requirements: Must be available to work nights, weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and holidays.
• Background screening required.

Total Rewards
