Qualifications

• ServeSafe certification – required or willingness to obtain.
• Customer-focused approach to creating a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations including inventory and shift leadership.
• Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service.
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-ready.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team.
• Other duties as assigned, including standing, walking, squatting, lifting, and reaching.
