Responsibilities

• Greet all customers and assist with needs.
• Complete position-based checklists.
• Make sales transactions quickly and accurately.
• Coach employees on suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintain stock and inventory using available tools.
• Account for inventory during vendor check-ins.
• Lead, train, and develop team members.
• Create positive store culture by treating associates with respect.
