Job summary

CVS Health, Albemarle, NC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while delivering excellent customer service. You will lead store staff when managers are not on site and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed to maintain smooth operations.

The role emphasizes supervision, merchandising, and strong communication with management and crews, with a 40-hour work week and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate deductive reasoning, analytical ability and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and supervision capabilities are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Drive store execution and performance, and build customer loyalty with excellent service.
• Communicate effectively with store leadership and crews.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays and weekly promotions.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
