Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Durham, NC is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a focus on excellent customer service.

When no manager is onsite, you lead the store crew, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, stock, and displays. The role requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when managers are onsite or unavailable, ensuring smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers and uphold CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; maintain displays and signage.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
