Qualifications

• At least 1 year of key holder experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Completion of the Shift Supervisor three-month training program.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff and ensure customer service is the number one priority.
• Provide feedback and coaching to associates.
• Manage store security and inventory procedures.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
