Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store leadership, drive execution, and foster customer loyalty through excellent service. When a manager isn’t onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads staff and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed.

The role includes supervising crew, assisting customers, stocking shelves, pricing merchandise, and maintaining displays for weekly promotions. Flexibility for early mornings, overnights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• State-level licensure requirements vary by state.
• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; maintain a positive shopping experience.
