Job summary

CVS Pharmacy in New York is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution, customer service, and loyalty. The role leads the staff when managers aren’t onsite and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

The position requires strong communication, supervisory skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights, and weekends. 40 hours per week, full-time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints per policy.
• Maintain stock and price merchandise; reset departments per plan.
• Open and close procedures completed accurately.
