Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and customer service, and lead staff in the absence of a manager. This role ensures opening/closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor; ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Supervise the store crew, assign tasks, and follow up on activities.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and handle customer relations per policy.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper stock, merchandising, and shelf presentation.
• Execute displays, signage, inventory, and resets per planograms.
