Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships while promoting sales.
• Lead and coach Team Members to achieve store goals and maintain a friendly environment.
• Handle pawn loans, extensions, and item negotiations with customers.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure compliance with policies.
