EZCORP, Inc. is hiring a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) at our Dallas location. This role leads daily store operations, promotes excellent customer service, and drives pawn loan sales while coaching Team Members to reach performance goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience is required.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test is required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, promoting sales and deals for pawn items.
• Lead and influence Team Members through coaching and hands-on involvement.
• Process loans and extensions.
