Avolta in Chicago is hiring a Retail Shift Manager at O'Hare to support location leadership in daily operations, staffing, and customer service. You will ensure cleanliness, adherence to SOPs, and proper cash handling while coaching hourly associates.

Responsibilities include supervising displays, timekeeping, planogram execution, and promoting brand standards. The role is non-exempt and requires ability to work varied shifts, including opening and closing times, with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Requires 2+ years of retail and/or customer service experience.
• Requires minimum of 6 months of supervisory or lead experience in retail or customer service.
• Experience with POS systems and retail management software.
• Knowledge of labor laws and accruals is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute SOPs during shifts and coach associates to maintain standards.
• Ensure displays are clean, stocked, and visually appealing; report maintenance needs.
• Approve timekeeping and monitor overtime to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assign tasks and enforce mandated breaks per labor laws.
• Operate POS systems, process transactions, and follow cash policies.
• Monitor inventory, assist with receiving, and report discrepancies.
• Train staff on brand standards and planogram changes as directed.
• Deliver strong customer service and resolve issues with good judgment.
