• Handle opening and closing procedures, including inventory management.

• Supervise and support team members during shifts to maintain morale and productivity.
• Provide training and coaching to staff to enhance skills and meet performance expectations.
• Resolve conflicts or issues that arise during shifts promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a customer-focused environment by delivering excellent service and addressing complaints.
• Ensure team members follow company protocols for customer interactions.
• Monitor attendance and manage time-off requests.
• Maintain records for shift reports, employee performance and daily activities.
• Support management with inventory tracking, supply ordering and administrative tasks.
