Job summary

Palmetto Goodwill is seeking a motivated team member to assist in retail center operations. You will support store managers, manage donations, train new staff, and ensure smooth daily activities at multiple Rivers Ave locations in Charleston, SC.

The role requires ability to unload deliveries, stock merchandise, operate the POS, and uphold safety and customer service standards. Local travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• One year of retail experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Retail Assistant Store Manager in operations.
• Unload/load trucks and transport salvage and store deliveries.
• Sort and stock donations for sale.
• Operate POS system and process sales.
• Train and coach team members during onboarding.
• Report security concerns and maintain safety standards.
