Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with retail experience.
• Willing to work varied shifts, including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations by deploying employees and delegating tasks.
• Provide coaching to employees on shift to improve performance.
• Assist with new employee training and feedback to store manager.
• Maintain inventory levels within store operations to standards.
• Follow cash handling, safety, and security policies.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Regular attendance and ability to work mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
