TJX Companies, a Fortune 100 off-price retailer, seeks a Key Carrier to support store leadership and daily operations in Madison. This role alternates with Coordinator, requiring open availability, including nights and weekends, and a strong customer-service focus.

You will coach Associates, ensure adherence to policies, manage coverage, and help open/close procedures while maintaining a safe, efficient store environment with a commitment to integrity and teamwork.

Formación

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of store operations and merchandise flow

Responsabilidades

• Create a positive customer experience.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Lead and coach Associates to meet store priorities.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are followed.
• Maintain accurate staffing coverage for service areas.
• Promote agency labor policies and shrink-reduction goals.
