Job summary

Chattanooga Goodwill Industries in Manchester, TN is seeking a Shift Lead for a full-time position at the Manchester Store. The role offers a $15.00 hourly wage and provides responsibilities such as supervising store staff, training associates, and delivering excellent customer service to donors and shoppers.

You will help maintain store standards, uphold confidentiality, and support operational procedures while working days, evenings, holidays, and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED preferred.
• Prior retail experience or customer service experience preferred.
• 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store personnel during assigned shift to ensure standards are met.
• Develop, train, coach, and support store associates for career growth.
• Greet, assist, and provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of agency, employee, and participant information.
• Maintain overall store appearance and housekeeping to agency standards.
• Perform and assist in all functions completed by store personnel.
