Job summary

LEGOLAND Discovery Center Washington is seeking a Retail Shift Lead to guide frontline team members during daily operations in a fast-paced attraction setting, ensuring smooth retail flow and high guest satisfaction.

You’ll coach staff, resolve guest concerns, support merchandising, and help maintain clean, stocked spaces while upholding safety and operational standards. This is a weekend-friendly leadership role with flexibility.
