Job summary

Merlin Entertainments, hosting LEGOLAND Discovery Center Bay Area in Milpitas, CA, seeks a Guest Experience Shift Lead to lead front-line teams and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

You will coach Hosts, supervise guest interactions, and uphold safety standards, while guiding training, scheduling, and engagement across departments to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in attractions, entertainment, or service-based roles preferred.
• Proven customer service and guest interaction skills.
• Passion for entertaining children and families.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop others effectively.
• Fun, outgoing, and confident leadership style.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Commitment to delivering top-tier guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Pay Range

USD $21.95/Hr.
