Michaels Stores in East Aurora, NY is seeking a Store Cleaning Associate to maintain the store’s cleanliness, assist customers, and support our brand promises. You will clean floors, bathrooms, breakrooms, and assist with stocking and planograms while delivering friendly service.

Responsibilities include cash handling at checkout, promoting Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, supporting BOPIS and SFS, and upholding SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to move throughout the store and perform physical tasks including lifting.

Responsabilités

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards; assist customers and help them find products.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards; engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS), truck un-load, stocking and planogram processes; support shrink and safety programs.
