Job summary

Michaels is seeking a team member for the Pitt-Beaver/Monaca, PA store to maintain store cleanliness, assist customers, and support checkout operations. The role involves cleaning, stocking, and helping customers find products, while following store policies and safety guidelines.

The position emphasizes friendly customer service, engagement with Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and participation in Omni channel processes. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and Ship from Store).
• Stocking, unloading trucks and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
