Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead and coach associates, delivering fast, friendly customer service and maintaining store standards. You will guide training, ensure accurate merchandising and pricing, and oversee cash handling and loss prevention practices to protect store assets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising teams or associates to include the responsibility for coaching to achieve daily goals.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service, execute complicated transactions and create a compelling customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support the service team in meeting storewide goals.
• Coach, teach and train associates to accurately and efficiently execute point of sale and customer service standards.
• Support training of merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools; adhere to brand standards.
• Oversee daily cash-related processes including register and cash balancing.
• All Supervisor roles involve leading with integrity, good judgment, and fostering teamwork.
