Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and upsell store programs.
• Strong cash handling and POS operation skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop for products.
• Provide a fast, accurate checkout experience with proper cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Explain and encourage participation in the Voice of Customer surveys.
