Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist customers, locate products, and ensure a smooth checkout with accurate cash handling. Training includes BOPIS and Ship From Store, plus engagement with rewards programs and credit card enrollments.

The role includes stocking, truck unloads, and maintaining in-stock merchandise, with adherence to SOPs and safety protocols. Minimum age 16 in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must provide friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products
• Ability to operate cash register and handle transactions to standards
• Familiarity with in-store processes like BOPIS and SFS is a plus

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience; perform cash handling to standards
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollment
• Educate customers on VOC survey and promote the store's Omni channel processes
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies
