Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Retail Service Representative to join our Capital region team. You will focus on providing customer service for delivery partners and customers, handling inquiries, and managing orders end-to-end to ensure accurate processing and timely fulfillment.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2–4 years of order processing experience, strong computer skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2–4 years of order processing experience.
• Strong word processing, spreadsheet and general computer skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and verbal skills for problem resolution.
• Ability to determine customer needs and resolve issues for assigned area.
• Knowledge of products/services.

Responsibilities

• Responds to homeowner/delivery partner requests and inquiries.
• Processes complex orders with 100% accuracy from intake to filing.
• Maintains customer management system, updates records.
• Clarifies, diagnoses, and resolves order issues.
• Schedules appointments with homeowners.
• Prepares customer correspondence and sales materials.
• Identifies ways to improve service levels.
• Communicates order fulfillment information to partners.
• May train others in office and CS processes.
