Andersen Corporation is seeking a Concierge Retail Service Representative to provide Signature Service as a single point of contact for homeowners. You will partner with Sales Representatives to deliver a customized communication experience for homeowners upgrading their homes.

The role involves maintaining homeowner files, scheduling measurements and installations, addressing paperwork with sales, and following up with post-install surveys to resolve any issues.

• 1+ years customer service experience.
• Solid and accurate data entry skills.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Responsabilités

• Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowners.
• Create and maintain homeowners’ job files.
• Schedule homeowners’ technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls.
• Work with sales representatives to resolve paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress.
• Send out the post installation survey and resolve any post-installation situations
