Job summary

The Michaels Stores Baytown location is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout process. You’ll handle cash, assist with store recovery, and support omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).

Preferred candidates have retail or customer service experience and can stand for long periods while assisting customers, stocking, and participating in merchandise recovery and planograms.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and complete enrollments for Private Label Credit Cards.
