Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for.
• Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and maintaining store recovery standards.
• Explain the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and assist enrollments.
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Perform in-store merchandising, SISO and AD set duties as assigned.
• Uphold SOPs and company policies, ensure safety and compliance.
