Job summary

Michaels Stores in Albany, NY is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will help with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery while promoting rewards programs and private label cards.

The role involves omni-channel support, including BOPIS and SFS, with a focus on shrink/safety programs and SOP compliance. Nights, weekends, and early mornings may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Enroll customers in rewards program and private label credit cards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planograms.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery/reset.
• Support SISO and AD set duties as assigned.
• Assist shrink and safety programs and SOPs adherence.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
