Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly and notify customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure using the outside purchase ledger.
• Ensure returns and exchanges are processed smoothly and refunds issued with correct payment methods.
