O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a store supervisor to lead the team and ensure top-notch service for both retail and professional customers. You will manage daily showroom operations, ensure timely processing of orders, and uphold company policy on communications and returns.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to obtain RSS Certification, and experience in retail auto parts is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required to lead store team and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification as part of ongoing qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure execution of customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy and orders are processed timely.
• Coordinate buy online/ship to store, hub/store transfers, and DC add orders with timely customer communication.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure using the electronic ledger.
• Manage returns/exchanges and refunds with correct payment methods and proper staging.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate Zipline messages and merchandising tasks.
• Oversee adherence to posted work schedules and proper clocking in/out.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, money handling, deposits, and security checks.
