Michaels is hiring for a store role in New York. You will provide friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience with accurate cash handling. You will support omnichannel processes like BOPIS/SFS and participate in truck unloading and merchandising.

Formación

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage customers on program benefits such as rewards and private label cards.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance, returns/goback
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; interact respectfully with customers and Team Members
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
