Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Associate in Redlands, CA to help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions. You will deliver a fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standards while promoting Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.

You will also support omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS), participate in stocking, planogram updates, and ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock store with merchandise recovery and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash according to standards.
• Promote rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Stock, unload trucks and maintain planograms.
• Ensure well-merchandised, in-stock conditions and manage returns and recoveries.
