Job summary

The Michaels Stores Fargo, ND location is hiring for a Part-time Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help customers find products, and process checkout transactions. You’ll engage customers in Rewards and payment programs and support in-store and online order fulfillment.

You will assist with stocking, truck unloads, planograms, and store recovery to keep shelves in-stock and visually appealing. Minimum age is 16, with eligibility for benefits as applicable.

Qualifications

Retail or customer service experience preferred.
Must be at least sixteen (16) years old in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments.
Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
Maintain store recovery and merchandise in-stock through the return/go back process.
Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
Support shrink and safety programs.
