Job summary

Michaels BISMARCK, ND is seeking a customer-focused team member to assist shoppers, stock shelves, and handle checkout with accuracy. This role supports omni-channel activities like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and contributes to a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

The position offers opportunities for cross-training in framing and participating in safety and shrink programs. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and early mornings is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return / go back process and general store recovery.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
